About The Position

As a Production Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for master scheduling, buyer analyses, order management, production scheduling, marketing logistics, customer fulfillment, and inventory management. This position is NOT a remote position. You will work five days/week from our Lafayette, IN office location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field desired with 2-3 years of industry experience.
• High School Diploma with 3+ years of industry experience will be considered.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
• MRP/ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy of the Production Planning and leading production meetings.
• Work with Customer Service/Commercial team to determine future customer product needs and timing.
• Understand lead times for the entire production process along with individual processes within the process.
• Create and production batches within MRP system. Focus will be on the required due date and customer specific requirements.
• Work with Production and Supply Chain Manager to establish feasibility of schedule based on workforce, equipment, and raw material availability.
