The Machine Operator position at Sauer Brands involves keeping the Greenville Facility running smoothly by making adjustments during production runs and utilizing quality tools to ensure that product standards are met. Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Machine Operating Experience preferred.
• Must be detail orientated.
• Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift.
• Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Dependable & punctual.
• Able to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety and Quality guidelines to protect the customer, yourself and fellow employees.
• Daily hands-on setup, startup and operation of assigned equipment utilizing hand tools and data collections tools made available for safe and efficient operation.
• Enter required Quality and Operational checks into the data collection software in use in a timely manner.
• Learn, meet and sustain KPI's set for department goals.
• Provide peer support for successful department operation.
• Engage in cross training when available.
