About The Position
Business is booming and our award-winning products are leading the way! We’re hiring 30+ new team members! Beginning January 2026 , you will work 40 hours per week through the end of peak season, with overtime as needed . During the off season , you will work 24 hours per week and be paid for 32 hours . Our ideal production team member has a great attitude, is eager to grow, shows up every day, and enjoys using their hands to help build our high-quality outdoor furniture.
