About The Position

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Assists in the production of designated pastry items according to established recipes. Works under supervision by the Lead Pastry Cook in various daily tasks including scaling, sheeting, and staging for the next day's bake. Works in high volume amounts: forming tarts, mixing and portioning cookie doughs, prepping syrups/glazes, and sheeting pastry doughs. Requirements

  • Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry 35lbs on a consistent basis and up to 55lbs occasionally
