About The Position

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Specialist. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years of customer service support experience in a mechanical/parts environment
• Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience
• Excellent computer skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain correct revision level of manufactured parts and parts lists
• Ensure proper procedure is followed assembling parts
• Load/unload parts or components into washers or onto racks/shelving
• Perform tasks associated with assembly, sorting, & prepping material for production use
• Efficiently and accurately pick, put away, and deliver parts orders to designated locations
• Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Collaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work procedures
• Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
• Ensure warehouse areas are clean and set in an orderly condition
