The Production Packer / Operator (3rd Shift) plays an essential role in assembling and packing our products, ensuring that every pail and lid meets our quality standards and is ready to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and handle a maximum of 20 pounds repetitively occasionally.
• Good hand and eye coordination a must.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Perform work from a standing position is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Install triggers, gaskets, tampers, vent plugs, metal/plastic spouts, and metal/plastic handles manually or with installer devices.
• Apply silicone to lids using a brush when required.
• Identify and report any product that does not meet quality standards before packing.
• Use a tape gun as needed to assemble boxes for lids.
• Operate the Child Warning Stamper to apply labels to pails.
• Accurately complete all required production and reject paperwork for your shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
