About The Position
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Packaging operators to support fast-paced packaging operations for a reputable manufacturing company in Joplin. The Production Packaging role includes operating packaging lines, palletizing finished goods, and ensuring quality and safety across all production activities.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and stable work history
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Strict adherence to PPE requirements: — Hair net — Bump cap — Ear plugs — Safety shoes — Uniform
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain packaging lines efficiently
- Palletize finished products and prepare shipments
- Serve as a relief operator when needed
- Work effectively in a non–climate-controlled environment
- Follow all safety rules, production standards, and work instructions
