Responsibilities

• Monitor dairy plant production packaging by following Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and document production and quality information.
• Operate and troubleshoot processing systems through automated and manual controls.
• Perform inventory management by monitoring packaging materials and entering material movement into inventory systems.
• Support Continuous Improvement by ensuring filling equipment is set up accurately for product efficiencies.
• Perform food safety and quality assurance protocols as designated.
• Communicate and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to increase machine efficiency and reduce waste.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, and communicate progress and information.
