About The Position
Production / Packaging Associate – Temporary Assignment La Vista, Nebraska Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Job Type: Temporary (up to 2 weeks) Schedule: Monday–Friday Shift: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (optional 8:00 AM start) Start Date: January 19 Position Overview A well-established production facility in La Vista, Nebraska, is seeking Production / Packaging Associates to support a short-term project. This role offers a casual, team-oriented work environment with a non-corporate, family-style culture. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
Requirements
- No education or prior experience required
- English and/or Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Responsibilities
- Perform packaging and light production duties
- Label, organize, and prepare materials for distribution
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
- Follow established safety and quality procedures
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
- Meet daily production expectations
