About The Position

The Production Operator position at Adecco US, Inc. involves performing assembly functions in a high-level manufacturing facility. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient assembly of bearing products, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining production levels. The position offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with shifts available in the evening and overnight.

Requirements

• Ability to read, reference, and interpret written and verbal instructions, including drawings and specification sheets.
• Follow established standard procedures accurately.
• Concentrated visual attention for extended periods of time.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Dexterity in hands.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly functions safely and efficiently using hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Proficient in at least one functional area of Assembly such as Build, Scribe, Pack, etc.
• Read, reference, and interpret written and verbal instructions to assemble bearing products as directed.
• Maintain established production levels through safe and efficient operations.
• Inspect and identify any irregularities in fits, defective parts, finishes, work techniques, and quality of workmanship, reporting them to the assigned leader.
• Keep work area clean and orderly, observing all safety rules and regulations, and conforming to OSHA regulations.
• Move materials, parts, and containers as required to complete job duties.
