About The Position

Quanex is looking for Production Operators (Coating Line) - Part-timeto join our team located in Owatonna, Minnesota. The shift for this part time role is Monday to Friday from 4:30pm - 10:00pm. In this role you are responsible for hanging parts in preparation for coating, removing parts after coating, material movement and packaging. Requirements

Experience in manufacturing is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

An active team player hanging individual parts on various sized fixtures.
Able to remove parts from fixtures after coating and placed into required containers.
Able to rotate between various positions and equipment as instructed, performing material movement.
Maintains quality and ISO standards by checking/testing products.
Maintains accuracy and resolves discrepancies in shop orders by verifying quantity and part identification.
Works safely and follows procedures/methods required to prevent injuries.
