Requirements

• No experience required. Will be trained.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 10lbs, and push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Constant standing.
• Skills test required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds so foam does not stick to the mold
• Insert components in molds depending on part specification
• Remove foam from the mold and clean the mold
• Examine part and trim any excess foam from the part to determine necessary repairs
• Complete inspection of part
• Repair parts from inspection deemed necessary, second inspection is completed
• Build boxes, sort, count, pack, label and scan parts for shipment
