About The Position

The Production Operator role at Advantage Technical involves the safe and effective operation of the Drumline production process at the Los Angeles Lube plant. The operator is responsible for offloading, labeling, and filling various lubricant barrels while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. This position supports customer requirements and company goals through diligent operational practices and teamwork.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and effectively within the department.
• Conduct pre-inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection of products.
• Ensure product integrity and preservation during handling.
• Maintain inventory control of materials received and shipped.
• Provide appropriate documentation for all product movements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in collaboration with maintenance team members.
• Review and validate all procedures and documents to ensure they are up to date.
• Maintain a safe and environmentally sound work area through good housekeeping practices.
