Requirements

• Basic computer systems knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiently work on a small delicate scale.
• One year of experience in pharmaceutical/medical device manufacturing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to specified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), complying with FDA requirements and ISO standards.
• Verify setup and calibration of machines and tools daily.
• Proficiency in use of machines and tools not limited to but including: 10x loupes, micrometers, and pin gauges.
• Adhere to strict tolerances, verifying each part conforms to associated work order.
• Document processes accurately in accordance with Good Documentation Practices standards.
• Maintain constant workflow keeping open communication with fellow Manufacturing Technicians and conducting all job duties in a professional manner.
• Perform line clearance and 5's activities at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding daily production quantity goals maintaining good quality on each lens.
