About The Position
Pawling Engineered Products, part of Trelleborg since October 2022, is seeking a dedicated individual for the role responsible for curing fabric-reinforced rubber products using special molds. The position involves setting up curing molds according to written work specifications, loading uncured seals into molds, clamping molds, and setting the appropriate time and temperature as required. The role also includes assisting team members, completing required paperwork, and performing other duties as assigned.
