Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope: The Coverlay Operator is responsible for aligning, affixing, booking, and laminating coverlay material onto flexible layers/panels. TTM strives to invest in our team members at all levels – starting on your first day. To ensure the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met. Requirements

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Ability to stand for the duration of shift
Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures
Basic math, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and computer skills
Must possess interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
Follow all safety measures
High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Previous PCB experience preferred

Responsibilities

Run press set-up, operation, shutdown, and emergency shutdown
Operate soldering iron to take down material; Material can be all sizes (large small) and at times can be intricate
Operate coverlay press once flex material is tacked down
Verify temperature controls
Complete daily cleaning and temperature log sheets to ensure completion and compliance
Work in a clean room environment (hairnets required)
Follow all departmental process procedures correctly
Complete all departmental documentation accurately
Complete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the department
Perform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production
