We are seeking a skilled and reliable team member to assemble mechanical units or fabricated parts into sub-assemblies or complete products. This role involves routine and repetitive assembly operations using a variety of tools and machinery. Essential Duties: Assemble mechanical components into sub-assemblies or final products Operate hand tools, power tools, and various equipment, including jigs, dies, fixtures, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses Perform tasks such as cutting, filing, punching, reaming, riveting, forming, and fitting parts Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet product specifications and tolerances Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret basic blueprints Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area Identify and correct minor machine malfunctions Marmon Industrial Energy and Infrastructure is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes employment decisions without regard to, and prohibits discrimination based on, race, color, religion, age, sex, pregnancy, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws. Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently under general supervision
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing tools and processes
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities
