Production Operator
About The Position
Join our team as a Production Operator, specializing in Okuma Brand Lathes. You'll start by polishing and operating lathes to craft ballstuds, then expand into roll threading and precision turning tasks. No prior experience necessary, just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Starting wage negotiable based on experience, with training provided. Enjoy 1st shift hours, 6am to 4:30pm, with the possibility of an early finish at 2:30pm on standard 40-hour weeks. While prior experience in a production environment is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite. What we value most is your positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
