As an Production Operator, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future. The role of a Production Operator is to complete a production process operation according to standard operating procedures. Responsible for operating in a safe, productive and high-quality manner. These duties may include loading / unloading, inspection, packing, material movement, recording production statistics, operating or monitoring equipment operation and/or processes. Additionally, they are expected to actively participate in problem solving activities to help the team meet its goals. The role: As a Production Operator, you will help drive our goals by: Safety: Adheres to safety standards at all times Identifies opportunities to improve safety Quality: To carry out standard operations effectively in a safe manner to a high-quality standard. E.g. loading / unloading, inspecting and packing. Checks quality of work according to JM and customer specifications. Delivery: Accountable for following standard processes to complete tasks. Escalates issues to ensure a timely resolution. Identifies and escalates opportunities for improvement. Cost: Supports CAPS implementation, as part of this using lean tools such a problem solving and 5S. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and the implementation of best practice principles, to enhance performance and operations. People: Supports in the training of other Operators Models JM Values & Behaviors

Requirements

• H.S Diploma or Equivalent – Required
• Works in accordance with procedures and rules
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in compute usage desirable
• Open to 2nd Shift (3:00PM to 11:00PM)
