This includes but is not limited to taking samples from our production lines, handling raw materials, filling our products into their different packages and handling waste materials. We will train you and teach you everything you need to know about the job, there is no prior experience needed. Are you willing and able to work in shifts and are you looking to learn and grow? Requirements

  • Detailed, results oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, computer)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and manage time effectively to satisfy daily operational needs
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with a team-focused mentality
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure and focus
  • Ability to work overtime according to business needs
  • High School Diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in (chemical) manufacturing is a plus
  • A forklift driver's license is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensures all work tasks are completed in line with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Standards and follows all applicable Site and OSHA PPE requirements
  • Receives and stages raw materials in the warehouse and production areas
  • Operates a blending process and monitors equipment associated with environmental controls
  • Packages final product into bags and super sacks based on customer needs
  • Loads shipments of packaged final product in box trailers and/or overseas containers
  • Completes accurate and timely SAP transactions related to receiving and production tasks
  • Supports plant housekeeping efforts as directed and maintains clean workstations in all areas
  • Demonstrates regular, reliable attendance
