Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for identifying and building molds, assisting with kiln and furnace loads, cleaning products using grit-blasting machines, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements

- Basic proficiency in data entry
- Good communication (oral and written) skills
- Ability to keep accurate records

- Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System
Responsibilities
- Correctly identify and build molds according to casting schedule
- Assist in building loads for carbonization kilns
- Assist in breaking down carbonization kiln loads
- Clean infiltrated product, using the grit-blasting machines, per procedure
- Maintain grit-blasting machines with basic preventive and routine maintenance (daily)
- Follow standard work procedures and detailed instruction
- Prioritize in a multi-task work cell
- Keep accurate written documentation
- Maintain clean, safe and organized work environment
- Assist in preparing and breaking down of furnace loads
