About The Position

The Field Operator is to perform the tasks assigned and harvest, stage, and transport boulder product onsite.

Requirements

• Ability to operate various types of equipment, or ability to learn
• Positive Team Player
• Communicative and organized
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Equipment operation experience, 1 year

Nice To Haves

• Commercial Driver's License, DOT Medical Certificate
• 3 years equipment operating experience

Responsibilities

• Take work directions from the Field Foremen
• Assist with basic daily and preventative maintenance of field equipment
• Operate excavator, skid loader, off-road dump truck and other equipment
• Assist in loading trucks
• Help to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist in problem solving as issues that may arise
• Interact with property owners to make sure expectations are being met
