About The Position

The Dryer Operator is responsible for the operation of 3 onsite Dryers and all process controls associated with these processes. CIP silos, lines, pumps, presses and associated product equipment and responsible for organizing and conducting timely dryer washes. Other duties as assigned. Performing duties while maintaining the highest level of GMP and sanitation standards possible, while adhering to quality system requirements and maintaining awareness of safety and customer focus. Occasional confined space entry and must be comfortable with heights and stairs. This role is at a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility for Land O’Lakes, creating dairy products that stand for real, simple goodness. We believe there’s power in every drop of milk our farmers produce, and by improving production and finding innovative uses for that milk, we add a little good to people’s lives.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience
• Forklift certification or willing to obtain and maintain Forklift Cert.
• Must have basic computer literacy

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of Food/Dairy processing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of plant operations
