The Washing and Packing operator is responsible for maintaining production, quality performance levels, and the efficient use of manufacturing equipment in accordance with his/her knowledge and training in conformance with established Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice. Essential Functions / Four Most Important Tasks Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Operates washing, packaging, vision inspection, steam sterilizer machines and other auxiliary equipment to support the washing, packaging, inspection, and sterilization processes including SAP interactions in accordance with SOP’s and WI’s to produce rubber stoppers in accordance to productivity standards. Adheres to all safety rules in accordance with SOP’s, GMP as well as federal, state and local safety regulations. Expected to demonstrate our Company values and Code of Conduct. Regular attendance and punctuality required in order to meet production needs of customers. Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary) Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality. Works conscientiously and accurately, recognizes details. Responsibilities

Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner
Ensures that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition and work area is clean, safe and organized.
Set-up and operate washing, packaging, vision inspection, steam sterilizer machines and other auxiliary equipment to support the washing, packaging, inspection, and sterilization processes including SAP interactions in accordance to specifications.
Monitor equipment performance and recommends improvements.
Duly follows organizational and work specific instructions, attends applicable trainings and meetings
Fulfils tasks efficiently and in due course.
Meets productivity standards (where defined).
Can organize and perform work effectively.
Abides by safety regulations at all times.
