You won’t be building hundreds of thousands of components per day. Composite parts take time and dedication to create. So, we are not set up as an assembly line. Our air-conditioned cleanrooms provide a comfortable working environment where you can have an earbud in to listen to music or a podcast while you work. We are focused on delivering parts on time to our customers but are also committed to making sure every single part meets our customer’s precise specifications. Our team has the integrity to do things the right way. After all, your family could be flying on an aircraft with parts built at Royal. Flexibility to live your life Not being an assembly line means our employees have the flexibility to have a life outside of work. We do have standard shift schedules, but do you need to drop off kids at school or need to step out for a dentist appointment and don’t want to use your paid time off? You and your supervisor can modify your schedule to still get your work finished while living life to its fullest. 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM Mon. – Fri. 2nd Shift 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM Mon. – Fri. Pay includes a 10% shift differential
