The Natural Color expansion is here! Sensient Technologies is adding additional headcount and is looking for a Chemical Operator to join their skilled team. This role is critical in supporting a wide range of activities for the production process, including packaging, cleaning, formulation, and material movement. Requirements

Ability to lift 50lbs multiple times per day.
Ability to work a 12-hour shift.
Flexibility to work different shifts.
Ability to operate and maintain equipment according to safety, environmental and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Calculate, weigh, and charge raw materials.
Operate all processing equipment including blenders, mixers, mills, dryers, etc.
Follow all operating procedures written and verbal.
Weigh and label finished products, complete all production documentation.
Perform in-process quality analysis tests.
Participate in continuous improvement programs.
Clean equipment and work area per standardized procedures.
