About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Assembler / Production Associate to support the assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and comfort working in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates with prior hands-on assembly or similar experience are strongly preferred. Shifts available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd!

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Hands-on experience in assembly or related work preferred (manufacturing, food service, automotive, or similar environments)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand and work on feet for the duration of the shift
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Dependable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to learn quickly and consistently repeat tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to follow directions and adapt to change
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
Ability to operate electric and pneumatic power tools
Basic computer skills
Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements as required

Responsibilities

Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality and production standards
Follow visual aids, written instructions, and verbal work directions in accordance with ISO procedures
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Move parts and materials to maintain an efficient workflow
Rotate between operations within a work cell and across departments as needed
Prepare and maintain work cell and departmental documentation
Notify appropriate personnel if any process or method is out of compliance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
