About The Position

We are seeking a Production Operator to support daily manufacturing activities in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on role supports materials handling, production, testing, repair, and quality inspection activities to ensure products meet quality, performance, and reliability standards. Support manufacturing operations across one or more areas: materials handling, production, test & repair, or quality. Perform shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment. Assemble, fill, measure, mix, test, and verify products during manufacturing. Conduct routine testing and inspection of components and finished products; perform basic repairs as needed. Operate specialized machinery, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Enter and retrieve data using ERP and manufacturing systems. Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Coordinate work with team members and, as needed, vendors or third parties. Assist with training or knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, test, or materials handling
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions, plan tasks, and make sound decisions on moderately complex assignments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a team-based environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems a plus
