Here, you will make an impact by: Operating manual or semi-auto equipment, performing repetitive motions, assembling, staging, reworking, order pulling, bin replenishment, packaging, and loading/unloading.

Requirements

  • Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)

Nice To Haves

  • Able to work 3rd shift (Sund – Thurs; 10 pm – 6:30 am)
  • Entry level production/manufacturing experience
  • Prior experience working for 3M or Solventum as a contingent worker
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Able to read and understand basic drawings/specifications

Responsibilities

  • Operating manual or semi-auto equipment, performing repetitive motions, assembling, staging, reworking, order pulling, bin replenishment, packaging, and loading/unloading.
  • Performing in-process inspection of small parts produced complying with MOD and specification requirements.
  • Separating defective parts and reporting to management.
  • Meeting quality and productivity standards as established by the department.
  • Following all department and corporate procedures regarding safety, quality, environmental, regulatory, etc.
  • Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
