Who are we looking for?We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Operator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is committed to quality, safety, and efficiency, and takes pride in contributing to a smooth and reliable production process. You should be proactive, able to follow standard operating procedures, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important. This position follows a 12-hour overnight schedule, which includes a rotating pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (and vice versa), resulting in a mix of 3- and 4-day workweeks. The schedule includes nights and weekends as part of the rotation. Candidates must be willing and able to work this schedule. This role is also eligible for a shift differential 15% added to standard hourly rates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Basic computer or data entry skills preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
  • Ability to work safely and follow all company policies.
  • Willingness and ability to work a 12-hour overnight schedule, including rotating shifts and weekends as required
  • Ability to adapt to a rotating schedule with alternating 3- and 4-day workweeks

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment according to work instructions and standard procedures.
  • Perform basic equipment setup, adjustments, and monitoring during production.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and report defects or process issues.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) requirements.
  • Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
  • Support production targets and department goals.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Cross-train on other production tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
