As a Production Operator you will be responsible for, but not limited to, performing production functions in the PSA, Die Cutting, Silicone and Epoxy forming. Starting Salary $21.00/hr. plus $2.00 shift premium Training for the position may take place during 1st shift hours (6:30AM - 3:00PM) for approx. 1 - 3 weeks.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma/GED (required)
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Second shift 2:00PM - 10:00PM (required) overtime as needed by the business.
  • Must have good or corrected eyesight to ensure quality of work.
  • Ability to work with a variety of glues, solvents, and chemicals.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple work instructions, engineering drawings and company policies.
  • Ability to perform simple math problems such as addition and subtraction of 2-3 digit numbers.
  • Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts according to blueprints meeting quality and quantity objectives.
  • Complete necessary paperwork online as needed.
  • Quality check parts in the assigned process.
  • Operate equipment in the Production areas.
  • Know daily goals and targets to meet.
  • Read work orders, follow engineering drawings and/or receive verbal instructions regarding duties.
  • Rotation to all departmental jobs with this job classification.
  • Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
  • Perform necessary task in the company's computer data entry system (QAD)
  • Maintain organized and clean Production area.
