About The Position

Work with CircuitHub — a fast-growing robotics startup building the factory of the future. We’re hiring Production Operators to join our team in South Deerfield. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn real-world electronics manufacturing while working alongside our elite engineering team designing robotic factories. Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a UMass engineering or related program, for example: Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Science

Responsibilities

  • Operate and program pick-and-place machines
  • Solder and assemble circuit boards
  • Perform solder joint inspection and quality checks
  • Support packing, shipping, and inventory management
