Production Operator

About The Position
We are looking for a Machine Operators to join our production team in Salt Lake City. This role is responsible for safely operating production equipment, monitoring performance, performing basic troubleshooting, and keeping accurate computer-based records. A strong comfort level with both machine operation and computer systems is essential.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills — ability to navigate production software, input data accurately, and complete digital documentation
- Operator experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Ability to troubleshoot routine mechanical or operational issues
- SAP ERP experience is highly recommended
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform equipment start-up, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting during operation
- Monitor machine performance and communicate any issues to leadership or maintenance
- Use computer systems to enter production data, track runs, document downtime, and complete digital forms
- Ensure product quality meets company standards
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize performance
