Production Operator
About The Position
Charter Manufacturing is a fourth-generation family-owned business driven by a commitment to growth and continuous improvement. Charter Wire’s 81st Street facility is currently seeking a Production Operator for its 3rd shift in the Sort and Pack Department. This role involves operating multiple high-powered machines within a fast-paced, detail-oriented production environment. The facility focuses heavily on quality in producing parts for global customers and offers various advancement levels for production employees. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required (company will pay for GED through an accredited program if not possessed)
- Ability to meet the minimum physical requirements of the job, with or without accommodation
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
