About The Position

What is the job? Responsible to meet established rates. Responsible for all tooling and fixture set up. Responsible for quality of parts, dimensional and visual. Follow all job set up and run procedures. Follow all safety procedures: Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Equipment Safety Analysis (ESA) and Area Safety Analysis (ASA) Communicate with shift supervisor, tooling engineers and quality engineers. Be capable of running your own operation - responsible for all reports: parts completion, time sheets, downtime and scrap report. Interpret written specifications for welding the product. Maintain housekeeping in your work cell. Must be able to maintain and repair tooling when needed. And other duties as assigned. What do you bring to the job?
