About The Position

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation--all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.

Requirements

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Capability to follow written and verbal instructions.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Self-motivation, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Forklift driving skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
Physical ability to walk or stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds.
Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 60--90°F or more.
Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.

Responsibilities

Following all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
Understanding and properly operating safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet safety and housekeeping standards.
Checking product and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility.
Performing package changeovers accurately and efficiently.
Completing and filing all required quality and packaging documentation in a timely and orderly manner.
