About The Position
As a Production Operator you’ll help ensure efficient production, storage, and supply while maintaining strict compliance with GMP and QSE principles. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are paramount.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work various shift patterns in a 24/7 operation.
- Current High Reach Forklift License.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a continuous improvement culture.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to meet performance targets.
- Perform troubleshooting and assist with preventative maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Support warehousing activities including material handling and forklift operations.
- Uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.
