Production Operator Chagrin Falls, OH 2nd Shift: 2:30PM - 11PM, Monday - Friday, Occasional Overtime The Production Operator I is responsible for operating equipment and affiliated processes-including preparing raw materials and packaging, unloading, packing, and labeling-in compliance with legal and company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, production processes, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
• Availability to work shifts.
• 1 year of experience in an industrial environment.
• Basic English comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging: identify and prepare correct quantities, transport to production area, report deviations, and record process start/finish.
• Operate processing equipment according to process instructions and procedures.
• Monitor equipment to maintain desired run rates.
• Perform initial testing and release of products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Verify labels and packaging materials; ensure correct labeling per company standards.
• Package final products according to H.B. Fuller quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with all Quality Standards, Operating Procedures, and EHS rules.
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager/Supervisor.
