About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Operator to join our second-shift team. This role is crucial for preparing products to meet stringent quality and performance standards. Key responsibilities include measuring materials, attaching clippers, applying resin mixtures, performing edge sealing, and packaging finished products in strict adherence to production instructions. The second shift operates from 2:30 pm to 12:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with opportunities for occasional overtime on Fridays.Filtration Group is dedicated to enhancing global safety, health, and productivity. Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret written instructions and measurements
  • Forklift driving is required for this position (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the full shift

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience
  • Previous forklift driving experience

Responsibilities

  • Measure and cut materials accurately according to job specifications and route instructions
  • Attach clippers and apply resin mixture to ensure proper fit and finish
  • Perform edge sealing and prepare finished products for packaging and shipment
  • Read and follow work orders, route sheets, and quality requirements
  • Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished products
  • Inspect work for accuracy and quality throughout the process
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety rules and company procedures
