About The Position

Our company is seeking experienced Production Operators to join our growing team. We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and quick learners with experience in the food industry. There is great opportunity for growth within the company!
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in any of the following specialized roles:
Palletizer (Packaging)
Slicer Operator
Cheese Shredder Operator
Sauce Mixer Operator

Requirements

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing required.
• Ability to work long shifts (12 hours) and weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in cold environments and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, disassemble, and perform basic preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Follow all food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals.
• Lift up to 50 lbs multiple times during the shift.
• Work in a cold environment as required.
• Use basic tools for assembly/disassembly of machines.
