About The Position

Reporting to the Shift Foreman, you will be involved in the monitoring and running of machines that turn recycled materials into paper ensuring efficiency and quality. Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to solve problems.
• Solid experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude — trade or technical qualifications a big plus
• Able to work a 12-hour rotating roster (4 on, 4 of – 2 days, 2 nights)
• Forklift experience desirable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Operate and monitor the paper machine and equipment to meet safety, quality and production targets
• Carry out regular maintenance and ensure machinery runs at peak performance
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
