Our Production Operators (8-hour shifts) are responsible for operating and maintaining production lines, ensuring product quality through quality control procedures, communicating effectively with team members, and training new staff members. Employees can earn more than $33.00 per hour within their first two months, with the potential to earn more than $40.00 per hour through position‑based incentive pay. This compensation is supplemented by Gold Standard benefits, including comprehensive health coverage, a generous weekly employer contribution to a 401(k), and company matching on employee contributions with immediate 100% vesting.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with equipment operation, preferably in the food industry
  • Understanding and adherence to quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members
  • Ability to train and mentor new staff members
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve production line issues
  • Good record-keeping skills to accurately document process operations
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a plus
