Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of GMP and industrial vehicles (training provided)
• Ability to learn production processes and follow safety procedures
• Physical ability to lift 60 lbs, climb stairs, work at heights, kneel/squat, use PPE, and enter confined spaces
• No conditions preventing safe respirator use or safe plant operation

Responsibilities

• Cleaning work areas and machinery to food‑grade standards
• Supporting processing from harvest through packaging
• Running walkdowns, taking samples, and monitoring safe operations
• Collaborating with teammates to maintain quality and efficiency
