Where You’ll Make a Difference Operate and monitor process control systems to ensure safe, efficient production. Lead and support the team in achieving manufacturing and quality goals. Train operators, oversee sanitation, and maintain GMP compliance. Drive problem-solving, process improvements, and accurate documentation. Support audits and uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards. Monitor product quality through sampling and accurate recordkeeping. Communicate maintenance and automation needs to relevant teams. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. Assist with equipment assembly, disassembly, and minor mechanical tasks.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a process or packaging operator (preferred).
  • Ability to operate complex equipment in an industrial environment.
  • Education or training in process control is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using math, science, and technology.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team setting.
  • Good judgment and decision-making under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
