About The Position

Requirements

• Production experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
• Strong focus on safe work practices and high-quality execution of duties.
• Ability to work efficiently both self-directed and in a team environment.
• Physically capable of lifting bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift experience may be required in some locations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends depending on location.
• Capability to inspect materials visually and by sense of smell.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Perform start-up, operation, changeover, shutdown, and preventative maintenance of production equipment.
• Load and supply production line items, rework product, and load conveyors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and testing standards according to company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the plant, production line, and facility following 5S principles.
