Requirements

  • Commitment to working safely in a manufacturing setting and following all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
  • Ability to interpret verbal and written working instructions effectively.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product specifications.
  • Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements in a manufacturing setting.
  • Operate production equipment, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are consistently met.
  • Accurately record production data and other results as required.
  • Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment efficiently.
  • Operate mobile equipment, including forklifts.
  • Actively participate in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adapt to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekends.
