About The Position

The Production Operator at American Battery Solutions will work in a team-oriented production environment to assemble and produce advanced battery products. This role is essential in ensuring that products meet customer requirements and company standards, while also supporting the launch and assembly of new products. The operator will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to meet customer requirements and company goals.
• Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintenance activities to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TPM system.
• Support the MRO Planner with daily activities.
• Adhere to and support compliance with ergonomic guidelines.
• Participate in PFMEA and work instruction reviews when required.
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects such as cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment.
• Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Support weekend and off-shift work as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain predictable and reliable attendance.
