Requirements

  • Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotas.
  • Experience using diagrams or blueprints, and follow other written or verbal instructions.
  • Mechanically inclined with good dexterity - able to use both hand and power tools.
  • Able to quality check finished product and send unsatisfactory items to rework.
  • Proven experience with safe production practices.
  • Stable work history.
  • Basic math required for computing quantities and simple addition and subtraction for counting parts.
  • Requires excellent manual dexterity, ability to work with small components and hand tools, and a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Must be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Technical Certificate and/or LEAP or CTE Program Completion preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble precision medical devices.
  • Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance.
  • Adhere to product quality standards and procedures.
  • Work in a production environment assembling medical devices.
  • Interact effectively with all support groups and fellow employees.
  • Use hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery.
  • Assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly.
  • Other duties as assigned.
