Perform all Production Operator job responsibilities, where applicable. Other responsibilities include performing minor troubleshooting on basic technology equipment and processes, and assisting in training less experienced employees on equipment of basic technology and/or manufacturing processes such as manual/automated assembly or semi-automatic packaging processes in accordance with safety regulations, quality initiatives, lean tools and other principles as documented in Panduit's operating system and manufacturing procedures to meet customer service deliverables. Can work independently as well as in a team setting, with some leadership or mentoring responsibilities. Has the knowledge and skill sets to execute across multiply basic and some intermediate technologies within the department. Responsibilities

  • Perform all Production Operator job responsibilities, where applicable.
  • Perform minor troubleshooting on basic technology equipment and processes.
