Responsibilities

  • Select the appropriate program or settings on the router machine based on the type of PCB and specific requirements
  • Set up the de-panelization fixture to securely hold the PCB panel in place during the routing process
  • Run the router machine following the MPI/ Visual aid to accurately cut along the predefined paths or outlines, separating the individual PCBs from the panel
  • Ensure the routing process is executed precisely to avoid damaging the PCBs or leaving any burrs or protrusions along the edges
  • Inspect the de-paneled PCBs for any defects, damage, or delamination that may have occurred during the routing process
  • Ensure the edges are flushed all the way and nothing protrudes outside the board edge
  • Remove minor protrusion & burrs after de-panelization to have a neat and clean PCB and escalate to process engineer if there is any PCBA damage or delamination
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
